Firefly Solar has been named the official solar partner of Cavalry FC, the Calgary-based Canadian Premier League club announced today, in an exclusive multi-year agreement that runs through the 2028 season.
The agreement places Firefly Solar branding on the shoulder of every Cavalry FC jersey, including player kits and retail editions, and on stadium signage at ATCO Field at Spruce Meadows. Firefly Solar also becomes presenting sponsor of Cavalry FC's Spring Break Camp, which runs March 23 to 26, 2026, and a supporting partner of the club's Kick it Forward program, which provides underprivileged children with access to home matches and youth camps.
"Cavalry FC represents the spirit of Calgary," said Chris Anderson, co-founder of Firefly Solar. "Ambitious, community-driven, and growing. That is exactly who we are at Firefly. We are proud to bring clean energy visibility to a club that has built one of the strongest grassroots followings in Canadian soccer."
The partnership begins ahead of Cavalry FC's eighth season in the Canadian Premier League. The club's 2026 home opener is scheduled for April 12 against Atlético Ottawa at ATCO Field at Spruce Meadows.
